The 3 Alchemists

Real People ~ Real Manifestations

Why do some things manifest after only 1 thought and others never do?

I recently posted the following experience….

About a month ago I was at the post office packing a box to send off to a friend.  As I placed the movie THE SECRET in the box a guy walked by and saw it.  He stopped and asked, "Did you like the movie?"  I replied that I had.  He then asked if I'd ever seen DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE?  I told him that I'd never heard of it.  He explained that it was made by the same people who did WHAT THE BLEEP DO YOU KNOW.  As soon as I heard that I knew I wanted to see it.

Unlike the movie THE SECRET it's not something you can just go online and watch.  It's also not the kind of movie that you will generally find at Hollywood Video for rent.  I knew I could buy it online for $30 but I just wasn't that motivated.  I really wanted to see the movie though so I put that out to the Universe.

On Tuesday I opened up my Myspace profile.  I started sorting through my friend requests.  One of the people requesting to be my friend had the movie DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE posted on his profile.  I clicked on the button and began watching the movie.

After this experience I asked myself, "Why was I able to manifest DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE with only 1 or 2 requests and after dozens of requests* I failed to manifest a blue feather?"  The reason for the * is that the first time I did this exercise in Thailand I succeeded in manifesting a real blue feather after only 1 or 2 requests like with the movie.

I brought this question up for discussion with Mike and Aaron on our weekly mastermind group call.  We all came up with opinions but none of us could back up our opinions with rock solid evidence.  We all suspect it has something to do with blocking (see questions and answers section if you don’t know about blocking).  My problem is I don't see any reason why I'd block a blue feather coming into my life.  For now this will be left as an open question on this site and our collective intent is to answer it with concrete evidence as soon as possible.
