QUESTION
Is it possible to manifest two things at the same time?
ANSWER
I don’t know. Or rather I do not know yet but will within a year.
SITUATION
Aaron, Mike and I launched THE 3 ALCHEMISTS with the blue feather manifesting exercise. I pictured myself holding a blue feather as soon as I got off the phone with the guys. In less then 25 minutes of hanging up the phone I was standing in a Borders Books holding the book ILLUSIONS by Richard Bach that has a big blue feather on the front cover. I smiled but reaffirmed to the Universe that I wanted a real blue feather.
Interesting!!!!!!!! Just goes to show that I have to be more specific!!!!
I just realized that for the past 10 days I’ve been telling the Universe that I want a real blue feather. The blue feather on the book was real. It was a picture of a real blue feather. The Universe gives you EXACTLY what you ask for. I now realize all this time I should have been asking for a blue feather from an actual bird. That realization certainly sheds some light on things. I spent all week asking the Universe for a real blue feather while I was carrying the book ILLUSIONS around in my bag everyday. I bet the Universe was thinking, "It's in his bag already. Why does he keep asking for what he already has?" And I wondered why I wasn’t finding an actual blue feather from a bird….
Anyway, so I spent my entire week looking for a “real blue feather.” I never found one (of course). I also spent my entire week focused on the woman that I wanted to attract into my life. I wrote about her in my ABOUT ME section. In case you haven’t read that section I want a hot, blonde, ambitious, entrepreneurial, cause-driven, intuitive, bi-sexual girlfriend. Guess what? With in 2 days of posting that list on THE 3 ALCHEMISTS a friend of mine sent me an e-mail saying, “I found her! And she is EXACTLY what you want!” Here is the extra cool part about this story. The friend that sent me the e-mail is a female business partner of mine. When I sent her my list of requirements, for the girl of my dreams, I dropped off the bi-sexual part. I just didn’t feel comfortable discussing that with her as we are in a business relationship. When she sent me the e-mail talking about the woman of my dreams that she'd found she mentioned that she is bi-sexual. She was afraid I wouldn’t be into that. How COOL is that?
I’m not done yet either! A few days after receiving that e-mail from my friend I was walking into the Las Vegas airport. A beautiful blonde and I started talking as we walked in the doors. I’d seen her a few minutes before looking for a parking space in the parking lot. Within a few seconds of her saying “Didn’t I just see you in the parking lot?” I knew there was something special about her. I was going to ask her name and for her phone number but we took different elevators. I thought I’d catch her when the elevator stopped but she was no where in sight when I got off. Damn! I went over to C Gates because she had been wearing a Southwest Airlines tee-shirt. Southwest Airlines is locted in the C Gates of the Las Vegas airport. I still couldn’t find her. I decided that I had nothing to lose so I went back out to the parking lot. I’d only gotten a brief glimpse of her car when I saw her driving around looking for a parking space. I walked the entire parking lot looking for her car. It took me around 40 minutes. I decided that it had to be one of two cars. I selected the car with the Southwest colors hanging from the rear view mirror even though the other car looked more like the one I remembered her driving. I left a note for her and headed back for the airport.
I didn’t hear from her for almost 5 days. However, she did call and left me her number. I called back and we spent almost an hour talking on the phone. She is hot. She is blonde. She is ambitious. I didn’t get to ask her if she wants to own her own business but she is taking a leadership course at Southwest Airlines right now which is a good sign. I didn’t get to ask her if she is cause-driven. She is intuitive. I did not find out if she is bi-sexual. We hit it off and tonight she agreed to go to lunch with me tomorrow. Success!
In order to really answer this question I’m going to have to try focusing on two things that I want at the same time. When I find two things that I do, I will and I’ll write in to record the results on here.
