Is it possible to manifest 2 things at once?

I've been manifesting things into my life since I was 8 years old. I don't think in all that time that I've manifested 2 things at once. I've just never REALLY, REALLY, REALLY wanted more than 1 thing at a time. However for the first time ever I find that right now I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY want 2 things in my life. I want more than that of course but at this exact moment I'm focused on 2 things. The first is the woman of my dreams. I want to find a 27-31 year old beautiful, extroverted, fun, cause-driven, ambitious, intuitive, entrepreneurial, world traveling bi-sexual blonde that lives in Las Vegas. I also want to cause 60 micro-loans for 3rd world entrepreneurs through www.kiva.org. The million dollar question is, "Is it possible to manifest two things at the same time?" I'll post an update as soon as I know one way or the other.
