If You Tell People What You Are Manifesting Does It Cause You To Fail?

I was talking to a friend last night who has been using dream lists forever. What's a dream list? It's a list that you carry around with you where you write out all your dreams that you want to manifest. You carry it with you and look at it once or twice a day. Before you know it the things on the list manifest into reality.
She has been doing this since she was a child and has been very successful at it. She never talks about what is on her list with anyone. In fact she rarely tells anyone about her list. She believes that telling people what is on her list will cause them not to happen.
My experience (except for one time possibly) is that telling people has no effect on manifesting. I told tons of people (as one example) that I was manifesting money for India and I successfully made it happen. I'm going to leave this as an open question on www.the3alchemists.com and add what I find in the future.
If you tell people what you are manifesting does it cause you to fail?

I think that manifesting is something that we do with our FEELINGS, so whether or not telling people retards the process is probably just a function of how telling people makes you feel.
If you blab your manifesting secrets and you feel like you won’t get them because you talked, then you’ll find a way to make that your reality.
On the other hand, if you keep your mouth shut and think that you and the universe are sharing a secret, then those feelings will cause you to get what you want.
It all boils down to the individual’s beliefs, and how those beliefs make them FEEL. That’s my opinion, anyway.
